Bellydance Classes

Bellydance is a fantastic fun way to supplement any exercise regime. It has great health benefits and is a lovely way to make new friends in Ramona’s friendly and supportive class. It is suitable for all ages and varying levels of fitness.

 

Classes are perfect  for both complete beginners through to improvers in bellydance. Students go at their own pace and new students are welcomed and find that they settle quickly with the support they get. Classes are kept to a strict maximum number so attention can be given to everyone. The classes are low to moderate aerobic impact but Ramona recommends if any new student has any health concerns with exercising please check with your Doctor.

 

Every year in beginning of July there is a performance evening which students are invited to. This is a space were other teachers with their students and solo performers throughout North Wales get to dance for us. Ramona’s students if they so wish can be part of this yearly class group dance performance (totally optional!) or just come to enjoy the show. We also have a Xmas dinner party just for our class in December.

 

Weekly Monday evening classes are held in Bangor Gwynedd north Wales throughout the year except for school holidays and bank holidays (Summer, Easter, Xmas and half term). These classes are paid in advance for each half term time. Classes work out at £6 per hourly class.

Classes have a maximum occupancy so booking in advance is advisable. Places may be available after the term has started, please email to enquire.

Monday 13th Jan to Monday 17th Feb (6 weeks costing £36 for Spring half term)

Monday 24th Feb no class

Monday 1st March to Monday 7th April (6 weeks costing £36 for Spring half term)

Mondays 14th & 21st April no classes Easter holidays

Monday 28th April to Monday 19th May  (4 weeks costing £24 for Summer half term)

Monday 26th May no class

Monday 2nd June to Monday 14th July (7 weeks costing £42 for Summer half term)

Monday 21st July until Sept summer holidays when there are no regular no classes. However, day workshops and residential bellydance weekends may be offered. (This year a bellydance residential/ non-residential retreat is offered on Friday 8th August to Sunday 10th August 2025, see information on events)
